Role:
Join San Diego Unified School District as an FPC Enterprise Systems Administrator and play a key role in optimizing our enterprise systems. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional who is excited to enhance our operational efficiency and support our growing team in Chula Vista, CA.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance system capabilities. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits for compliance and security. Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration or related role. Strong knowledge of system administration best practices and methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization platforms. Proficient in scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Relevant certifications (e.g.,
Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator) are a plus.
