Job Description:
Erika's Lighthouse is a non-profit organization that believes that every student should have the knowledge and tools they need to care for their mental health. We're proud to provide our high-quality, comprehensive depression education and suicide prevention curriculum to school districts across the country, at zero cost. Addressing our youth mental health crisis requires collective action. Following our Four Pillar Philosophy, the Erika's Lighthouse curriculum includes classroom education, empowerment clubs, family engagement, and policy and staff training. Best of all, every program is available to busy educators on our website in just a few clicks. The part-time HubSpot Administrator oversees the organization's HubSpot platform, provides technology support, and manages the technology infrastructure. This position will require up to 20 hours/wk with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities HubSpot Administration (95%) Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the HubSpot CRM Build sequences, workflows, and other automations to support the development and program teams. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments Document and enforce CRM data standards, field definitions, and required inputs. Provide support to Erika's Lighthouse website and portal within HubSpot Stay updated with HubSpot's latest features and best practices to continuously improve our setup.
Tool Integration & Stack Management:
Oversee integrations between HubSpot and other tools General Technology Support (5%) Support the overall tech stack at Erika's Lighthouse Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software Efficiently troubleshoots computer hardware and software issues
Experience/Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred Proven experience with HubSpot. Knowledge of Salesforce, Zapier, and Google Workspace strongly preferred. Willingness to learn new technologies Dependability, good time management and organizational skills, and attentiveness to detail. An innovative mindset that is continuously seeking creative solutions. Ability to work strategically within a team structure as well as independently. This position reports to the Director of Operations. At least one day a week in our offices based in Winnetka, IL. The remainder is flexible. Your work schedule must be consistent and fall within the core hours of operation (10am-2pm).
