ASAP Sponsorship is not available [HYBRID] Systems Administrator II•MSP & Microsoft 365 Environment Description Our client, a growing MSP, is seeking a Systems Administrator II to join their team in Akron. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving a wide variety of technical issues, working directly with end users, and supporting Microsoft-based environments. You will troubleshoot everything from Microsoft 365 and Active Directory issues to networking, server, and firewall-related tickets while partnering with senior engineers on more complex challenges. While MSP experience is certainly valued, the client is also open to candidates coming from internal IT environments who have worn multiple hats and thrive in fast-paced settings. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can build trust with users, remain calm under pressure, and approach unfamiliar problems with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
