Job Description :

Role Summary Experience in L3 support of IAM for a minimum of 10+ years, Implementation and Support for complex IAM solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals. Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership. Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the client s business environment, map the requirements into IAM solutions, and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required •IAM Google Duo with Delinea•

Key Responsibilities:

Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning for Google Duo (MFA) Configure and support Duo authentication policies , enrolments, and integrations Handle PAM operations using Delinea (Secret Server / Privileged Access) Perform account onboarding, password rotation, and privileged access management Execute access requests, approvals, and modifications via Jira/ServiceNow Monitor and resolve access and authentication issues Maintain audit logs, compliance, and reporting Support integration with IAM systems, directories (AD/Azure AD), and applications

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Google Duo (MFA provisioning & support) Experience with Delinea (Secret Server / PAM tools) Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA) Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
