Pay Rate:
$65-$70/hr (W2)
Position Description:
Seneca Resources is seeking a Senior Informatica Systems Administrator / Informatica SME to support and enhance a large-scale, business-critical enterprise data integration environment. In this role, you'll serve as a key technical owner for Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality , ensuring platform stability, performance, and operational excellence in production. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on Informatica administrator who enjoys production support, ITIL-driven operations, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement —and who can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do (Responsibilities): Administer, monitor, and support Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Data Quality environments in production Provide production support and on-call support , including incident triage and root-cause analysis Lead/assist Informatica upgrades and migrations (experience upgrading from 9.x to 10.x strongly preferred) Execute and support ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, release coordination) Maintain clear operational documentation (runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides) Collaborate with partner teams on integrations, automation, scheduling, and file transfer processes Communicate system health, risks, and remediation plans with stakeholders
Required Skills/Education:
Required:
Strong hands-on Informatica Administration experience, specifically: Informatica PowerCenter Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Experience supporting enterprise Informatica platforms in a production environment Proven background with production support / on-call responsibilities Working knowledge of ITIL practices (incident & change management) Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
