Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related needs across the organization Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user issues Provide direct, day-to-day support to employees across locations Lead and execute system implementations and integrations (e.g., NetSuite, ADP, LMS, international systems) Maintain and improve data flow between systems Identify and implement practical system improvements Maintain IT infrastructure including networks, devices, and cloud-based systems Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability Manage hardware and software lifecycle, including procurement and setup Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents Support compliance and data protection efforts Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers Coordinate IT-related projects and ensure timely execution Act as the internal owner of IT initiatives Establish and maintain IT processes, policies, and documentation Build scalable, practical solutions that support company growthQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of progressive IT experience Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues independently Experience supporting or leading system implementations or integrations Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), HRIS (ADP), and business systems Strong working knowledge of networks, cloud environments, and cybersecurity fundamentals Comfortable operating as a primary or sole IT resourcePhysical Demands:
Frequently remaining in a stationary position, including standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods Occasional use of machinery and power tools.Work Environment:
This role is typically performed in an office setting, with occasional travel to attend events, meet with clients, or collaborate with other departments. The role may require work to be performed in a warehouse or production environment. Appropriate safety precautions and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in these settings.
