Job Description

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in IT and Project Management.
Compensation and Benefits :
Our IT Program Leader position will be a hybrid position in our Oxford, Ohio headquarters. We are offering a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 annually. This position also includes generous health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits. Requirements for ourIT Program Leader:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field preferred; 3+ years experience in IT management, systems administration or IT support; Coding knowledge including HTML, SQL, JavaScript and CSS programming languages; Strong vendor management and project coordination skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to analyze complex IT and operational challenges and implement effective solutions; Proficiency with IT systems, productivity software, and collaboration tools. Responsibilities of ourIT Program Leader:
Selecting and coordinating IT service providers, including identifying, vetting and contracting IT vendors and service providers and managing relationships with external IT partners; Researching and planning for future IT needs, including assessing current IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and prioritizing projects and allowcating resources appropriately; Developing, monitoring and managing budgets for IT projects and intiatiives; Supporting internal and external IT users; Maintaining the organization's key databases to ensure accuracy of data, including creating reports; Completing coding needs and testing programming changes; Communicating changes or adjustments to vendors and communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding IT projects and IT needs; Other duties as assigned.Benefits:
