IT Systems Administrator (Remote)

Job description IT Systems Administrator Are you passionate about technology and ensuring systems run smoothly and securely? In this fully remote position, you'll work closely with a talented IT team to deliver high availability, strong security, and optimal performance all while supporting our core mission of Blessing and Serving others. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments (Windows-focused) Perform regular Windows patching, updates, and proactive system maintenance Oversee backup strategies and disaster recovery processes Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and related enterprise services Monitor and manage SIEM systems for security and compliance Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive timely resolution Lead and support IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation Maintain accurate system documentation and operational procedures Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation (shared with the team) Requirements Associate's degree in IT or related field 3-5 years of systems administration experience Strong knowledge of servers, networking, and security Experience with Active Directory, GPO, and backups Familiarity with SIEM tools Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love Working at Sapp Bros.
