Description:

Looking for a Senior IT/OT System Administrator to provide advanced administration, day-to-day system administration support, projects support, and lifecycle management of critical OT infrastructure across Pattern s renewable energy fleet. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of systems supporting SCADA, substations, and other operational environments. A large part of this role will involve supporting OT and compliance projects, including the implementation of new applications, systems, documentation, patching and solutions, while liaising with IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, SCADA, and site teams to ensure successful delivery. In addition, this role will provide occasional assistance with IT/OT infrastructure support at sites, including servers, laptops, printers, and end-user devices, as needed. Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of system administration experience. 2-3 years in

OT/ICS/SCADA

environments preferred. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, and plus Linux administration. Experience with hyperconverged solutions preferred. Familiarity with

NERC CIP

compliance and regulatory frameworks preferred. Experience supporting IT/OT projects and compliance initiatives. Technical Skills Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, PKI, and RODC administration. Backup/restore technologies. Monitoring platforms (PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar).

Understanding of networking fundamentals:

VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation between SCADA/DMZ/Corporate zones. Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.) is a plus.
