Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Jira Administrator, where you will play a key role in enhancing and standardizing Jira Cloud across various business units. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility while contributing to innovative projects. Responsibilities Administer and evolve Jira Cloud to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple teams. Collaborate with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to support Agile delivery and manage enhancement requests. Implement governance and best practices for Jira usage organization-wide. Align configurations, access provisioning, and project standards across different environments. Manage high volumes of enhancement and integration requests, testing new features and plugins. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and diagrams to facilitate knowledge sharing. Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to enterprise-wide installations and upgrades. Skills 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Jira administration or a similar role. Strong understanding of infrastructure design and implementation. Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence and motivate individuals and teams towards common goals. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field. Prior experience in setting up Jira governance frameworks. Advanced knowledge of multiple business areas and industry trends. Technical certifications related to cloud services are a plus.
