Hybrid Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, VPNs). Lead or co-lead major infrastructure projects (network redesigns, migrations, hardware upgrades). Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Implement and maintain network security (firewalls, access controls, patch management). Support Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization. Administer DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. Provide Tier III support for escalated technical issues. Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and long-term strategy. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents.

Requirements:

5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network and systems administration. Strong background in enterprise networking and virtualization (VMware). Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure is a plus. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred certifications:

Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP.

Skills & Attributes:

Advanced knowledge of network protocols/services (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP). Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
