Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting customer IT environments, including servers, desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, printers, and firewalls. This role also involves providing software and end-user support both on-site and remotely. The position requires a highly motivated, self-driven individual with strong communication and customer service skills. Travel to customer locations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support networked computers, primarily running Windows 11, including new installations, upgrades, and system imaging. Assist with Windows Server administration (Server 2012 R2 and Server 2016), including Active Directory management, Group Policy configuration, backups, user administration, scripting, and software deployment. Deliver on-site and remote help desk support to end users. Perform additional duties as assigned. Management of VOIP Phone and Camera Systems.
Qualifications:
Experience administering Active Directory, including user accounts and Group Policies. Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 or 11, Server 2012, and Server 2016. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Customer service experience preferred. A+ or MCP certification is a plus. Previous Camera, Phone and Low Voltage experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter and willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
