Monitoring and Automation Engineer:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting telemetry collection, dashboards, and integrations to monitor network infrastructure and services. This role includes configuring and managing tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, and integrating these platforms with ServiceNow for incident and workflow automation. The position involves troubleshooting data collection and visualization issues, partnering closely with operational teams to improve network reliability, and documenting monitoring architecture and procedures. Monitoring and Automation Engineer:
Experience administering and supporting Prometheus and Grafana in production environments. Strong understanding of telemetry collection from network devices and infrastructure systems. Proven ability to develop and maintain custom Grafana dashboards and visualizations. Experience integrating monitoring, observability, or event management platforms with ServiceNow.
