About the
Role:
CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform's AI capabilities. This role will focus specifically on leveraging Falcon's Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance threat detection, automate response workflows, and maximize security outcomes for customers. The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Deployment and Operations activities may include:

Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilitiesAssist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflowsConfigure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacyDevelop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operationsTroubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprisesDevelop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilitiesWork closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findingsLeverage CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset managementAssist customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing security tools and workflowsSupport Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysisDevelop and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services teamWork collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing AI collateralAbility to travel up to 5% of the time
What You'll Need:
8 years experience performing I T deployments or in an end user/customer environmentStrong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applicationsStrong understanding of software deployment technologiesVery knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platformsExperience with AI-powered security tools and platformsKnowledge of data science principles and their application to security operationsExperience with security automation and orchestration platformsVery knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platformsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsSkillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationshipsStrong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiencesStrong experience in computer and network systems securitySolid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problemsProactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projectsExperience mentoring team membersSome experience leading a team to complete projectsHigh level of motivation; self-starter; results drivenPotential for travel and assignment work existsExperience in the following areas preferred:

Experience with machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, writing promptsProgramming for
