Service Desk Consultant Job Summary:
Working on the service desk your job responsibilities include answering support calls and troubleshooting issues remotely. You will be challenged by different environments and technologies on a daily basis. Providing superior service is a must with responsibilities ranging from answering client support questions to remote network monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
An ideal candidate will have a Network+ and A+ certification with administration skills of Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills such as answering the phone and assisting with clients both verbally and through tickets.
