SharePoint Administrator

Robert Half Technology is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to support an MSP client based in Washington State. This role will focus on SharePoint administration, permissions cleanup, data tagging, and DLP compliance, while also supporting internal teams through training and guidance on best practices.

Part-time (60 hours total; providing additional support as needed)

Hybrid - in Kent, WashingtonPay rate: up to $75/hourly Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the redesign and optimization of the organization's SharePoint environmentPerform SharePoint administration, including site management and structure improvementsConduct permissions cleanup and governance reviews to ensure appropriate access controlsImplement and manage data tagging and classification to support compliance initiativesSupport Data Loss Prevention (DLP) compliance efforts within SharePoint and related Microsoft environmentsAssist with documentation, governance policies, and best practices for SharePoint usageProvide coaching and training to internal users on SharePoint functionality and compliance standardsCollaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to improve SharePoint usability and security
