Remote Role Overview The System Administrator will be responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems across enterprise environments. This role ensures systems run securely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime while supporting business end users, applications, and businesscritical services. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities :

- System Administration & Maintenance Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Software applications. Monitor system health, logs, and proactively identify and resolve issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Work with the database team to maintain integrity and performance (Oracle and SQL). Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to existing infrastructure. Incident & Problem Management Provide on-call support for priority Production issues. Triage real-time production incidents and perform RCA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Database, Development, Network, Security, Enterprise Data teams) to resolve issues. Documentation & Reporting Document business process flows, system documentation, operating procedures, and configurations. Work with development teams on building and maintaining Applications and reports for operational and various business functions. Security & Compliance Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls following security best practices. Apply security patches, and perform regular security monitoring and backups. Implement and monitor security controls such as firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability remediation. Support audit activities and ensure systems comply with corporate security and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards. ________________________________________

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Technical Skills 5-7 years of experience in System Administrator is a must. Experience with windows environments, server administration, scripting skills is a must. Experience with Oracle and SQL databases. Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Experience working with Financial Applications and Automation scheduling tools. Experience with financial reporting data points. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team. Education Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
