Systems Administrator

Description Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their IT team. This role plays a critical part in supporting a production hybrid‑cloud environment within a small, collaborative IT team. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for system administration, patching, security monitoring, and Tier 2-2.5 support , with significant hands-on work in Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, and hybrid infrastructure). The role also involves PowerShell scripting , infrastructure troubleshooting, and maintaining security controls aligned with SOC 2 and NIST standards . The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of systems administration experience , demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to grow technically while taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. This position is hybrid , based in Oshkosh, WI , and includes a manageable on-call rotation .
