Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a mid-level Windows Systems Administrator with strong patch management experience to join our managed services team supporting enterprise client environments. This role will focus on Windows administration, server and endpoint patching, infrastructure support, and maintaining the health and stability of large-scale client environments consisting of thousands of servers and endpoints. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments within an MSP or multi-client environment and be comfortable working across Windows Server, VMware, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Windows Server environments across multiple enterprise client environments
  • Perform routine server and endpoint patch management activities using RMM or similar tools and patch management platforms
  • Monitor patch deployment status, troubleshoot failed updates, and remediate patching issues
  • Support Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Assist with VMware virtual infrastructure administration and support
  • Support Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows, including occasional after-hours patching activities
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues involving servers, endpoints, and core Microsoft technologies
  • Document configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to maintain system stability and performance Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments
  • Strong experience with server and endpoint patch management
  • Experience working with RMM or patch management platforms
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID / Azure
AD, O365
/ Microsoft 365, and VMware
  • Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience
  • Experience supporting multiple environments or clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Preferred Qualifications
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments with thousands of servers/endpoints
  • Exposure to Azure infrastructure administration
  • Basic PowerShell scripting experience
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments Nice to Have
  • Experience with Intune, SCCM, or centralized patch management tools
  • Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam
  • Experience working within structured maintenance/change management environments Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Able to work effectively within a fast-paced MSP environment
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
