POSITION GOAL
Support and maintain information systems to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
  • Operate information systems. 2.
  • Follow specifications and procedures during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 3.
  • Adhere to critical district deadlines. 4.
  • Perform assigned tasks in support of project plans. 5.
  • Support reporting and analytics applications. 6.
  • Assist senior systems analysts in application development. 7. Assist in the development of data dashboards and applications for end user data reporting and analysis. 8.
  • Keep current with hardware and software technology through education courses and self
  • study. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Business Applications, Assistant Director
  • SIS, Director of Software & Systems, or CTO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent training/experience One year experience in a technical field Possess a valid Florida Driver's License; if a holder of any other valid US state-issued Driver's License, agree to acquire a Florida Driver's License within thirty (30) days of employment, except in a case where accommodation is required
REQUIRED SKILLS
Functional knowledge of information systems. Basic understanding of software development tools. Establish and maintain professional working relationships. Ability to timely troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, and Teams. Preferred K-12 experience.

Manager, Software Applications or Assistant Director, Student Information Systems as assigned
