Join Our Team as a Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist ! Are you passionate about supporting Behavioral Health & Justice Involved Population and making a real difference in their lives? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join the Suffolk Community Service Program. The Position is temporary for 3-5 months.

Responsibilities:
Assist Program Director with daily operations. Answer, screen and direct phone calls, and perform receptionist function. Perform typing and general office duties. Act as liaison between the program, the Program Director and

Administration. Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies. Log client referrals onto referral spreadsheet. Collect data and input into the database. Maintain office equipment inventory. Order and maintain records of all office needs. Schedule appointments. What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role: High School Diploma or educational equivalent required. Minimum of one year of prior office work experience required. Not for Profit or criminal justice agency experience preferred. Must be proficient in office and computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar program, and e-mail and/or database software skills necessary to perform job responsibilities. General office skills required including a pleasant phone manner and good organizational and interpersonal skills.
