This is a remote contract opportunity (must be U.S. based). This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Candidates for this role must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This contract role provides critical short-term support for the administration of a Veeva Quality Management System (QMS) within a GxP-regulated environment. The position focuses on maintaining day-to-day system operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in quality systems within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and maintain the Veeva Quality Management System (QMS) to support ongoing GxP activities Manage workflows including document control, training assignments, change control, deviations, and CAPAs Monitor task progress, assign work, and follow up on overdue items to ensure compliance timelines are met Maintain system configuration, user access, and role permissions Generate reports and provide status updates on quality system activities Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, CMC, and external partners

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Compliance, or related function Hands-on experience administering Veeva Quality (QMS) in a GxP-regulated environment Strong understanding of document control, training management, deviations, change control, and CAPAs Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry settings - highly preferred Demonstrated organizational, task management, and follow-through skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This career opportunity provides a starting hourly pay of $50.00 to $58.00 DOE plus medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week.
