Spectrum Viewpoint System Administrator Location:

North Denver/ flexibility to be Remote We are seeking an experienced Viewpoint Spectrum Administrator to support critical ERP operations on a contract basis This Viewpoint Spectrum Administrator will stabilize Spectrum workflows, troubleshoot urgent system issues, and support end users during a period of transition The ideal Viewpoint Spectrum Administrator is hands-on, can step in quickly, operate independently, and understands accounting and process documentation Why Join Immediate, high-impact role during a critical operational period Opportunity to stabilize and improve core business systems Visibility with leadership and influence over process improvement Potential for extended engagement or expanded scope Lean, cross-functional team with strong ownership Collaborative, solution-oriented culture Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Spectrum workflows and job setups as a Viewpoint Spectrum Administrator Triage and resolve Spectrum-related issues across field, finance, and operations Serve as the primary Spectrum subject matter expert Validate data, resolve posting or billing issues, and support job cost and accounting workflows Create, update, and maintain system and process documentation Provide ad hoc user training and support Assist with data imports/exports, Excel templates, and legacy conversion troubleshooting Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Viewpoint Spectrum Administrator Strong Excel skills including data imports/exports and template management Ability to clearly document processes and workflows Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting users across multiple locations or remotely as a Viewpoint Spectrum Administrator Exposure to other construction ERP systems Background in system implementations, Agile, or project-based environments Compensation $85,000–$130,000 base salary, DOE #
