Administrative & support services
Network administrator
Monitor network performance and system resources using tools such as PRTG and escalate critical issues when needed.
Support and document companywide backup processes using Veeam Backup and Replication Suite.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving LAN/WAN connectivity, PCs, switches, routers, VPN access, and remote desktop tools through help desk tickets.
Respond to security incident tickets from the MSSP and assist with applying routine OS, firmware, and application updates.
Monitor endpoint protection tools including antivirus, EDR, and Windows Defender to support system security.
Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network device inventory.
Assist senior IT staff with maintaining system integrity, network security, and overall infrastructure performance. experience 1-4 years skills 3-5 years of network or systems administration experience (highly preferred level of experience)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or related fieldIndustry certifications such as:
