Job Description
Job Description We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support and maintain a portfolio of self-hosted Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms within a production environment. This role is responsible for the overall health, availability, security, and performance of platforms such as Tableau, Informatica, Alteryx, and related tools, operating across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments. The System Administrator will handle production support, incident response, patching, upgrades, and release management while ensuring compliance with security standards and uptime SLAs. This position works closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to manage platform services, containerized deployments, user access, and capacity planning, while also contributing to documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
