Network Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator - Advanced to support enterprise network and identity infrastructure initiatives. The role involves working within the Network Operations Center to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot network systems, including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support enterprise network and identity services (SD-WAN, PKI, authentication) Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and connectivity issues Configure and maintain switches, wireless access points, and network systems Support Windows-based systems and mobile device connectivity (Apple devices) Perform network deployments, upgrades, and installations Maintain network documentation (diagrams, designs, configurations) Handle ticketing system tasks and resolve technical issues Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of network solutions Collaborate with Network, Security, and IT teams Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure / LAN administration 3+ years of experience with switches & wireless access points 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows & mobile devices) Experience in network documentation and diagram creation

Preferred Skills:

Certifications like CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft Networking training/bootcamp (e.g., Cisco Networking Academy)

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lift equipment (up to 40 lbs) and work on ladders Willingness to travel to multiple locations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license

Associate's degree OR equivalent work experience #MC1

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
