Job Description
IT Support Technician - Full Time (In-Person) Quick Summary Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM In-person | Johns Island / Seabrook / Kiawah area 90-day paid interim period → salaried position with benefits About Us Compu-Experts is a locally owned IT consulting firm that has supported homes and businesses in the Seabrook, Kiawah, and Johns Island areas for over 25 years. We provide computer support, networking, troubleshooting, and one-on-one customer assistance. This position is based at our storefront inside the Post & Computer Center at Freshfields Village Shopping Center . What You'll Do Help customers in person with everyday tech issues
Troubleshoot:
Windows PCs and laptops Apple computers iPhones, Android phones, and tablets Printers and scanners Basic software and browser issues Remove viruses and malware Provide one-on-one customer training Assist with basic wired and wireless network support Travel to nearby homes and businesses for service calls Process payments and create customer invoices Work with teammates to solve technical problems What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Solid troubleshooting ability and willingness to learn Experience with computers, hardware, and software Honest, dependable, and organized Comfortable multitasking in a customer-facing role Reliable transportation for service calls Ability to pass a background check Experience & Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer or technical field Previous IT or technical support experience required Experience in customer service preferred Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 90-day interim position After evaluation: Salaried role Pay increases Health insurance Paid sick and vacation time Performance bonuses Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Bonus opportunities Location Johns Island, SC 29455 Daily commute to Seabrook / Kiawah required How to Apply Apply through Indeed for consideration.Pay:
