Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure, SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication initiatives for a large organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on network professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex connectivity issues, supporting enterprise infrastructure projects, and working across network, security, and systems teams to maintain reliable and secure services.

Onsite/Field-Based as Required What You''ll Do
  • Support enterprise network and identity initiatives, including SD-WAN deployments, PKI lifecycle management, and secure authentication services
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, authentication, and connectivity issues across the enterprise environment
  • Support Windows-based network connectivity and authentication services
  • Support secure access and connectivity for mobile devices, including Apple devices
  • Assist with deployment, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of network and identity infrastructure
  • Perform network installations, upgrades, hardware deployments, and equipment replacements
  • Execute firmware, software, security, and feature upgrades across network platforms
  • Monitor and respond to network and authentication-related service tickets
  • Serve as a primary support resource for network access and authentication issues
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities for network and identity solutions
  • Create, maintain, and improve network diagrams, documentation, and design materials
  • Collaborate closely with network, security, server, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and support project initiatives
  • Assist with physical network tasks including equipment installation, racking, and cabling as needed
  • Track project milestones, provide status updates, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Follow established change management, security, and operational procedures What You''ll Need
  • Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
  • Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network switches and wireless access points
  • Experience supporting SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues on Windows and mobile devices
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and interpreting network documentation and diagrams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and network operations
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
