Job Description

Candidates must be able to work onsite in our Sioux Falls, SD office. The Information Technology Administrator is vital to keeping our firm connected, secure, and running smoothly. They ensure that every team member has the reliable tools and systems needed to perform at their best by maintaining a seamless, efficient, and stable technology environment. This role is responsible for the maintenance and internal support of firm workstations, servers, printers, and related equipment. Core duties include hardware and software troubleshooting, responding to technical issues, and performing system maintenance, upgrades, and configurations. The position also assists in maintaining network communications and ensuring the integrity and performance of firmwide technology systems.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk. Provide support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction. Utilize and maintain helpdesk and asset tracking software. Assist with setup and installation of computers and peripherals in the user workspace. Support installation and configuration of varying industry specific software Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the firm's computing environment. Complete PC setup and deployment for employees using standard hardware & software. Maintain appropriate documentation. Willingness to provide status updates and participate in team meetings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience preferred 1-3 years of experience in IT administration/support preferred. General understanding of physical, virtual, and cloud environments. General understanding of networking principle, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 suite of products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Ability to think innovatively.
