Job:
The Talent Acquisitions Systems Specialist supports the daily administration and maintenance of Acadia's applicant tracking system (iCIMS). This role assists in ensuring accurate system configuration, reliable operations, and data integrity to support the Talent Acquisition Operations and recruiting teams. The Specialist partners with the TA Program Manager, recruiters, hiring managers, and HRIS teams, to deliver system support, improve user adoption, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
System Administration & Maintenance Assist in administrating iCIMS, including managing user accounts, permissions, workflows, templates, and data fields under guidance from the TA Systems team. Support routine system audits and data validation efforts to help ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Help troubleshoot system issues and escalate more complex problems to senior team members, vendor support, or IT as needed. Participate in testing system updates, patches, and enhancements, providing feedback and documenting results. User Support & Training Provide front-line support to recruiters and hiring managers for basic system questions and issues. Assist in maintaining user guides, quick reference materials, and training documentation. Support training sessions and onboarding for new system users. Monitor common user issues and help identify opportunities for additional training or process improvement. Reporting & Analytics Run and distribute standard reports on recruiting activity, requisition status, and key metrics within iCIMS. Maintain report accuracy and escalate reporting issues or enhancement requests to senior team members. Assist with data preparation and coordination for integration into broader reporting tools or business intelligence platforms. Vendor Coordination Support the tracking and documentation of vendor support tickets and system updates. Assist with gathering information for vendor inquiries and follow-ups. Maintain documentation of system changes, updates, and issue resolutions. Compliance & Quality Assurance Follow established processes to ensure recruiting activities within iCIMS align with EEO and other applicable regulations. Assist in audits and documentation to support compliance efforts. Support process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Operations team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience. At least one (1) year of experience administering or supporting an applicant tracking system (ATS) in a corporate environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or reporting tools.
