Job Description
Assumes the responsibility and accountability to maintain Identity and Access Management technologies using a Role Based Access Control methodology. Possesses well rounded understanding of technology, operations, and key business processes. Under some supervision, participates as a key team member on small to medium Identity and Access projects and automation projects. Using the Role Based Access Control methodology, provision and de-provision users on multiple security architectures and within multiple secure applications. Must be able to respond quickly to requests from all levels of the Parkview Health organization. Ensures that changes made to access does not jeopardize the ability of providers to perform their responsibilities or potentially harm patients. Must maintain a knowledge of best practices with respect to identity and access management and apply techniques that will secure the Parkview Health environment without unnecessarily restricting employees.
Education:
Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
Licensure/Certification:
Industry certification although not required, is highly desirable.
Experience:
2 years experience in a comparable job. Preferred experience in Identity Directory Services, Active Directory, EPIC User and/or Provider security, Mail Systems, including O365 and Exchange. Possesses the ability to address process requirements. Skilled at problem solving, strong organization skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues. Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users.
