This is an excellent growth opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who is eager to learn, take ownership, and develop deeper skills. The company is looking for someone with strong foundational knowledge who is ready to become the primary onsite technical resource and grow with the organization. About the Role You will serve as the go-to technical person supporting BlueCherry ERP users across the organization while also managing day-to-day IT needs, Azure cloud resources, and network infrastructure. Because the ERP vendor maintains deep administrative access, this role focuses on empowering end users, handling day-to-day questions and issues, coordinating with the vendor when needed, and owning the broader IT environment that keeps operations running smoothly — including the shop floor. Key Responsibilities BlueCherry ERP User Support & Coordination Act as the primary onsite resource for BlueCherry ERP questions, guidance, and basic troubleshooting Support end users across departments (production, shipping, sales, customer service, etc.) with system navigation, processes, and issue resolution Coordinate with the ERP vendor on more complex issues, enhancements, or upgrades Help maintain data integrity and support process improvements within the ERP Train and coach staff on BlueCherry functionality as needed Azure Cloud & Networking Infrastructure Support Microsoft Azure environment (resource management, basic administration, troubleshooting) Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and LAN/WAN infrastructure Assist with Azure-related projects, security basics, and integrations that support business operations Collaborate on infrastructure improvements that increase reliability and performance Day-to-Day IT Support & Shop Floor Technology Provide responsive, hands-on technical support for office and manufacturing users Support shop floor technology including barcode scanners, label printers, terminals, and production-related devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues that impact daily operations Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic system administration tasks Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IT process improvements Collaboration & Growth Partner closely with department leads and users to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions Work collaboratively with external vendors and partners (including the ERP provider) Take initiative on small-to-medium projects that improve systems and processes Continuously build expertise in BlueCherry ERP, Azure, and networking — this role is designed for someone who wants to grow
