Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional for this full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX. This is a high-impact role supporting a portfolio of business entities under one ownership group, offering broad exposure across industries, environments, and compliance frameworks.
Systems Administration:
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID) across multiple entities Manage Apple devices (macOS, iOS/iPadOS) via MDM solutions alongside Microsoft environments Maintain user accounts, group policies, licensing, and access controls across Active Directory and Entra ID Oversee endpoint lifecycle management — provisioning, patching, decommission — for Windows and mac
OS Azure Cloud & Infrastructure:
Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources including VMs, storage, networking, and identity services Implement Azure security policies, RBAC, and conditional access Monitor infrastructure health and cost optimization across multiple Azure subscriptions
Compliance, Automation & Support:
Develop and maintain IT compliance frameworks, documentation, and audit-ready records Automate repetitive IT operations using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Power Automate Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation support across all entities and manage vendor relationships Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience as a systems or IT administrator Demonstrated experience managing both Microsoft and Apple device ecosystems Required Technical Skills Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID Apple ecosystem: macOS/iOS management via Jamf, Kandji, or comparable MDM platform
Microsoft Azure:
virtual machines, networking, storage, security, identity management Scripting proficiency in PowerShell; familiarity with Bash or Python a plus Certifications Microsoft Azure certification strongly preferred (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-102) CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus This role offers real ownership, cross-industry exposure, and room to grow — backed by a team that invests in your success.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
