Houston, TX and San Antonio, TX Position Summary The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company''s computer systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems. Responsibilities Maintain system efficiency. Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly. Make recommendations for upgrades. Evaluate and modify system performance. Troubleshoot system-related issues. Diagnose issues over the phone through the ticketing system. Travel to offices within Austin. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator. System Engineer certification preferred. Strong analytical skills. Good working knowledge of PowerShell. Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory. Good working knowledge of basic router configuration. Cisco experience/knowledge.
