This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting a Microsoft 365-centric environment with on-premise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization and SAN storage systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both modern cloud-based platforms and traditional IT environments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring systems are stable, secure, and scalable to support ongoing company growth. What You'll Do Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Manage SharePoint file storage and permissions Maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, and VMware environment Manage SAN storage systems and support backup and recovery Troubleshoot infrastructure, systems, and M365 issues Support escalated and backlog IT issues Assist with system patching, hardening, and security practices Collaborate on deployments, projects, and documentation What You Bring 4-8 years of systems administration experience Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server VMware virtualization experience preferred Experience supporting enterprise environments Preferred Experience Experience managing VMware and SAN storage environments in production Familiarity with hybrid IT environments (M365 + on-prem) Exposure to IT security and patch management practices Experience supporting distributed environments including corporate and field/construction locations What Success Looks Like Stable and reliable IT systems Well-organized and secure M365 and SharePoint environments Proactive issue resolution Minimal disruption to business operations Why Join TDC Growing organization with national portfolio Hands-on technical role with real impact Exposure to both modern M365 and core infrastructure systems Collaborative IT environment focused on improvement
