Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain core infrastructure in New Braunfels, Texas. This Long-term Contract position focuses on ensuring reliable system performance, secure user access, and efficient desktop and server operations across a Microsoft-based environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with Windows administration, directory services, end-user support, and virtualization technologies while contributing to a stable and well-managed IT operation.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer Windows Server environments to maintain availability, performance, and system security.
  • Manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and access controls.
  • Provide support for Windows 10 workstations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Maintain and support Dell infrastructure components to help ensure dependable endpoint and server operations.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Citrix environments to deliver consistent remote access and application performance.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and health checks across servers and desktop platforms.
  • Investigate technical incidents, resolve escalated issues, and document solutions to improve ongoing support.
  • Assist with infrastructure improvements and operational changes, including system updates or environment transitions when required.
