Job Description Under general supervision, ideal candidate performs repairs, routine checks, and troubleshooting on Horizontal Pumping Systems - HPS. Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of HPS. Will be responsible for tracking and maintaining preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and basic vibration analysis on HPS units. Prepare paperwork to include detailed service reports and forms. Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles. Ability and willingness to travel out of town when required. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Maintain mechanical performance and cleanliness of truck used in transportation to and from the field. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required and 1 to 4 years of experience in artificial lift operations. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Possession of a journeyman electrical certificate and 5-7 years of experience troubleshooting electronics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
