Role & Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day application support for aligned applications by reviewing pertinent logging (including platforms with limited documentation) Drive for root cause analysis to application outages and provide quick service restoration (including single user and branch issues)
Improve application stability and reduce errors present in the environment.
Work closely with technology infrastructure teams, development, and testing teams in supporting integrated/independent releases, software/hardware upgrades, server upgrades, etc.
Reduce Development escalation and ensure issues are resolved within the team.
Proactively monitor and manage the production environment.
Act as the point of escalation for the business and manage end-user client relationship.
Ability to support on-call coverage, and release-related events.

Lead Administrator

We have an immediate need for a Lead Administrator for an opportunity located in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC .
This role is focused on supporting critical enterprise applications and infrastructure environments while ensuring high availability, operational stability, and seamless production support. The selected candidate will serve as a key technical leader responsible for managing application support activities, infrastructure coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for enterprise applications by monitoring system health, reviewing application and platform logs, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring rapid service restoration when incidents occur. The role involves performing root cause analysis for application outages, driving corrective actions, and implementing improvements that enhance application stability and reduce recurring operational issues. Candidates will work closely with infrastructure, development, testing, and release management teams to support software deployments, integrated releases, server upgrades, hardware refresh activities, and production environment readiness. Responsibilities also include proactively monitoring production systems, reducing escalations through effective issue ownership, supporting business-critical incidents, managing end-user relationships, and serving as the primary escalation point for operational concerns. The selected professional will participate in on-call support rotations and release-related activities to ensure continuous service availability and operational excellence.
Required skill sets include strong expertise in Windows and Linux Dedicated Compute environments, enterprise application support, infrastructure operations, and production support processes. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and infrastructure coordination. Strong knowledge of .NET Core environments, application hosting platforms, and Ping Federate administration is highly preferred. Experience working with integrated enterprise systems, software deployments, server upgrades, release management processes, and operational support frameworks is essential.
