Job Description:
We are seeking a Systems Administrator with strong ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) experience to support the rollout and ongoing administration of a new ServiceNow platform replacing/augmenting an existing Remedy environment. This role is heavily focused on ITSM processes supporting telecom network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Support ticketing workflows in a high-volume operational or call center environment. Work closely with network operations, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues. Assist with platform rollout, enhancements, and process improvements. Maintain dashboards, reporting, and SLA tracking within ServiceNow. Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and service restoration activities. Ensure adherence to ITIL-based ITSM best practices.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in an ITSM environment. Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management). Experience supporting ticketing systems in operational or call center environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience working in telecom or large-scale network operations environments preferred. Active hands-on experience with ServiceNow (current usage required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Telecom industry experience (wireless or wireline strongly preferred). Experience supporting NOC or network operations teams. Familiarity with 4G/5G network environments.
