Job Description

With continued growth across Texas and Oklahoma, Cavender Auto Family now operates multiple dealerships and employs more than 1,800 team members. We are looking for a driven, customer-focused IT Administrator to support our dealership operations in Norman, Midwest City, and Oklahoma City while helping ensure our teams have the technology, infrastructure, and support they need to succeed every day.

What You'll DoAs an IT Administrator, you will serve as the first line of support for dealership technology needs while helping maintain and improve our IT infrastructure across the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide Tier 1 technical support for dealership users and systemsMonitor and manage IT help desk tickets, projects, and support requestsInstall, troubleshoot, and maintain:

Workstations and PC hardwarePrinters and peripheralsPhones and mobile devicesNetwork connectivity and office equipmentSupport Active Directory and Microsoft-based environmentsCoordinate with vendors and Corporate IT on:

Construction and remodel projectsInfrastructure upgradesData conversionsOffice/furniture movesEscalated technical support needsAssist with IT equipment procurement aligned with company standardsFollow and execute IT policies and procedures established by Corporate ITMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with internal clientsWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is proactive, team-oriented, and passionate about helping others through technology.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experienceExperience troubleshooting:

Workstations and hardwarePrinters and phonesNetwork connectivityMobile devicesActive Directory environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong organizational and time management skillsPositive attitude and strong customer service mindsetAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismFlexibility to occasionally work after hours or weekends when needed
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Desktop AdministratorAzure Administrator
MCSA / MCSE / MCITPCCNA / CCIEITIL
