Secret clearance Responsibilities Create and maintain internal and external websites in collaboration with web developers. Review web content, links, and design; provide necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain WebLogic server environments, including domains, managed servers, and clusters. Monitor and tune WebLogic server performance, including JVM optimization, connection pool configuration, and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks. Manage WebLogic security, including configuring LDAP authentication, implementing SSL, and setting up user roles and permissions. Deploy and manage J2EE applications on WebLogic servers, ensuring high availability, load balancing, and failover functionality. Implement appropriate security measures such as firewalls or message encryption. Manage internet and/or intranet infrastructure including, but not limited to, web, FTP, mail servers, and news. Identify useful site performance metrics; collect, track, record, analyze, and report site usage data. Conduct user testing and use analysis to assess usability and effectiveness; recommend improvements. Address usability issues in collaboration with development teams. Communicate with site visitors and users regarding updates, downtime, and bug resolution. Draft, document, and implement backup, recovery, and business continuity plans. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related field with two (2) or more years of related professional experience. A Master's Degree or a PhD may be substituted. Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance. Current Security+ certification. Experience with Java and J2EE fundamentals. Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows OS for server management. JVM tuning expertise. Proficiency with
HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP
protocols. Effective communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with Windows base applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
