ServiceNow CMDB Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Systems Administrator to join our team in Riverdale, Utah. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize hardware and software assets while ensuring accurate and efficient system integration. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and reconciliation of hardware and software assets using ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to accurately identify and track IT assets.
• Perform integrations with tools such as Qualys and Workspace ONE for comprehensive endpoint management.
• Ensure data accuracy in ServiceNow by auditing and reconciling independent systems to meet compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and improve ServiceNow's software asset management processes.
• Conduct regular system audits to address compliance requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Configure ServiceNow to support evolving IT service management needs, including service mapping.
• Provide hands-on support for integrations and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Build strong relationships with IT personnel to facilitate smooth maintenance and system enhancements.
