Job Description

Position Summary ECS is seeking an Enterprise Test Environment Administrator - Junior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program in Fairfax, VA . In this role, the selected candidate will assist in maintaining and optimizing development and test environments, ensuring their availability for crucial development and testing activities. Working under senior supervision, the candidate will play a vital role in provisioning, patching, and updating configurations, contributing significantly to the program's mission by supporting reliable and compliant enterprise test environments.
Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Assist with provisioning and maintaining development and test environments. Support the application of patches and configuration updates to ensure system integrity. Manage access to environments, ensuring compliance with security standards. Monitor system performance to maintain high availability for development and testing. Collaborate with senior team members to maintain environment baselines. Implement configuration management practices to support system reliability. Follow established security and operational procedures under supervision. Contribute to the documentation of environment configurations and changes. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving environment-related issues. Support compliance with DoD and Federal IT standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications Clearance:
Secret Eligible required S. Citizenship required DoD 8140.03
Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 671-System Testing and Evaluation Specialist at the Basic proficiency level Certifications (one or more required): CND, Network+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience Up to 3 years of experience in system administration or environment maintenance within DoD or Federal IT environments Demonstrated ability to assist with provisioning, patching, and configuration updates Experience in supporting configuration management and maintaining environment baselines Ability to follow security and operational procedures under supervision
