Job Requirements Springfield, VA Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph Career Level not specified $100,000 - $145,000 Job Description •Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph for consideration• Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a dedicated Sr. Systems Administrator to support a classified Data Lake Modernization Project in Springfield, VA. The chosen candidate will need to have the ability to work from 11 PM - 7 AM fully onsite . System Administrators with high level troubleshooting skills, and experience maintaining cloud environments are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud systems Isolate and resolve problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware, communications, other infrastructure, or any combination as needed Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers Installs/loads operating system and application software Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware, communications infrastructure, or any combination of these Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems including the transition and migration of corporate systems Monitor and report on system health using various dashboarding tolls such as Elasticsearch Kibana, AWS Cloudwatch, etc Mentor others or serve as a team lead, guiding the day-to-day activities of team members. Senior level experience managing and administering Linux/Windows based systems. Extensive AWS Cloud Formation knowledge (YAML and/or JSON) . Systems monitoring experience (Elasticsearch preferred).

Bachelors Degree 5+ years of alike Systems Administration experience TS/SCI with
