This position is onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Report directly to the Project Manager and supports execution in a matrix organization Building and managing Windows Server environments to include configuring organizational units (OUs) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to align with organizational requirements and security standards Configuring AD Server Roles such as Certificate Authorities (CAs), IIS, File/Print, and DNS In-depth understanding of Active Directory (AD) Attributes, LDAP Queries, and PowerShell scripting for modifying AD configurations Supports the growth of the network enclave in capability, capacity, and user base, as well as demands for network improvements Analyzes and optimizes configurations, architecture, to improve performance Installs, upgrades and troubleshoots Windows and Windows support systems across the enclave Support a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience Experience with a combination of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), IIS, and Group Policy Experience with a combination of PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, SCCM, HBSS, Windows Update Services (WSUS), and Exchange Servers Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications (ex. Linux, Windows, VMWare) IAT-II level at a minimum in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD 8140/8570. (ex. CompTia Sec+) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks Strong technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills

Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current and active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain SAP access.

Physical Requirements:

Up to 25% travel anticipated. Work will require movement from Government site to/from MANTECH site for client meetings and support functions. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.
