SILVER CLOUD HOTELS
is looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and motivated System Administrator to join our Corporate Office team and help support the systems that keep our hotels connected, secure, and operating at their best. Founded in 1980, Silver Cloud Hotels offer guests superior customer service at our eight Signature Collection Hotels. Uniquely located in several premier Pacific Northwest locations, guests return again and again, thanks in part to our motto 'Friendliness and Cleanliness'.POSITION PURPOSE
The System Administrator participates in the administration, maintenance, security, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure across corporate and hotel environments. This role serves as a technical resource for systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and end-user computing, supporting the technology that enables Silver Cloud Hotels to deliver on its standard of Friendliness and Cleanliness. The System Administrator proactively manages and improves IT systems, troubleshoots escalated technical issues, supports business-critical hospitality applications, and participates in infrastructure projects and security initiatives. Success in this role requires strong technical skills across multiple platforms, a service-oriented approach to supporting both technical and non-technical users, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal IT staff and external vendors.IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
EXPERIENCE:
o Two to five years of systems administration, infrastructure support, or related IT experience. Experience in multi-site or hospitality environments o Microsoft, networking, cybersecurity, or virtualization certifications o Administer virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V o Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, wireless systems, VPN connectivity, firewalls, and internet connectivity. o Perform system monitoring, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening across servers, workstations, and cloud services. o Participate in after-hours maintenance activities and on-call rotation for critical system support. o Valid driver's license required for travel between properties - RequiredEDUCATION
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.COMPENSATION
Hourly Range is $30.00 - $34.00 per hour and is based on applicable experience and work history.BENEFITS
