Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Window/Door & Electrical Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Lynnwood. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail, ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is integral in supporting our Window & Door installation teams and the Electricians by maintaining an orderly warehouse environment and ensuring timely preparation of materials. This position works directly with the warehouse manager and various division managers.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Welcome delivery trucks
  • Receive orders, review packing slips and track shipments with great accuracy
  • Sort and stock materials and products
  • Maintain accurate stock levels of job-critical components that are used often
  • Label and stage products and materials for outgoing projects
  • Assist with managing recyclables and trash; keeping warehouse organized
  • Conduct monthly inventory
  • Light data entry/computer use required
  • Replying to emails
  • Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors and install crews regarding equipment and product staging.

Qualifications :
    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of experience is desired
    • Previous experience in a busy warehouse setting is advantageous.
    • A valid WA driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position
    • Forklift certification is preferred.
    Skills:
    • Proficiency in operating power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and data entry. Physical Requirements
    • Ability to stand, walk, crawl, crouch, stoop, kneel, lift, and sit for extended periods.
    • Capability to lift 50-100 pounds multiple times daily.
    Application Process If offered the positions candidates are required to undergo a background check and complete a drug test as part of the hiring process.
    Pay:
    $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
