Job Summary:
The System Administrator is responsible for supporting software infrastructure and providing specialized technical assistance for real-time operations in a mission-critical environment. The administrator will work collaboratively within a technical team to interpret design specifications, assist with technical design, code software, and follow established test and deployment procedures. This is a predominantly sedentary position that requires both adherence to compliance standards and agility in responding to emergent work needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred 3 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's or associate degree. 5 years of experience is required without an applicable bachelor's or associate degree or no degree. Deep understanding of technical design, development processes, and project documentation. Two years of hands-on knowledge and proficiency with: The PI and AF (Asset Framework) SDK The PI AF (Asset Framework) The PI Data Link add-in Data mining techniques Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Skilled in relevant tools and technologies for system administration and data management. This position offers the opportunity to gain deep insight into regulatory requirements and operational best practices while contributing to the reliable functioning of complex systems. Candidates who thrive in a transparent, collaborative, and dynamic environment and are adept at balancing routine and emergency work will excel in this role.
