Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and advancement of our company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, email systems, and user support. If you're smart, creative, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on solving technical challenges, this is the role for you. This position is fully in-person at our Chippewa Falls, WI location.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, administer, and support the company's servers, networks, and enterprise systems. Plan, design, analyze, and provide technical support across IT systems. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of network components, licensing, and procedures. Provide prompt software/hardware support to end-users on-site and via remote tools. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 and other IT systems. Install, maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including backup/recovery systems, hardware, software, and networking equipment. Stay current with emerging technologies and continually expand your knowledge base. Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (server and workstation environments). Solid understanding of networking components, protocols, and basic hardware systems. Hands-on experience with IT hardware/software installation, maintenance, and repair. Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols. Experience with scripting and web programming (PHP/MySQL) is a plus. 2-year degree in a related field and 1+ year experience or 3-5 years of equivalent experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to occasionally work off-hours and travel as needed.
