None Purpose:
The IT Associate will assist with troubleshooting, technical support, system maintenance, and various IT projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Support the IT team in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other devices. Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems. Help monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. Respond to user requests for technical support and document resolutions. Assist in cybersecurity awareness efforts and best practices. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology implementations. Maintain IT documentation, including asset tracking and user manuals. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity software. Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and hardware setup. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Accounting background or course work is a plus. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience in a real-world IT environment.
